We at shop.kshara.com take your privacy as seriously as you do. To help ensure your privacy, we use the most up-to-date encryption technology to keep your personal information as secure as possible. This includes your billing, credit card, and account information; none of this can be read as it travels to our system. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, such as name, email address, physical address, phone numbers, buying history, etc. without your permission. Your information stays here, period. You do not have to worry about receiving unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result of shopping at shop.kshara.com. Your email address is only used for sending you newsletters and order confirmation.
How to access or correct your information?
You can access all your personally identifiable information, that we collected online, and maintain it after logged in. You can correct errors in your personal information by using the "Change your details" menu or by sending us a request via e-mail, that credibly proves that you are the owner, and shows an error.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
Return and Refund Policy
DVD are not refundable, but can be returned if a product is wrong, damaged or defective (physically defective or will not play in your player), in which case it may be returned in exchange for a replacement copy.
Damages or defects must be reported immediately. Claims made 14 days or more following the date you received will not be honored.
To return a disc, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Any returns sent us without receiving a prior RMA cannot be processed and may be returned to the sender unopened.
At no additional charge to you, we will replace a wrong item with the correct item, or replace any damaged and defective or unplayable disc with a new disc.

Shipping Policy
Our shipping day is Monday.
Fulfillment times:
within the EU: usually takes about 5-7 working days (from the shipping)
outside the EU: usually takes about 11-17 working days (from the shipping)
Shipping Fees:
within the EU: 5 EUR
outside the EU: 7 EUR
